What is distance Reiki?

Distance Reiki is a powerful technique that allows you to receive Reiki beyond the constraints of space and time. This technique allows practitioners to transmit energy without physical contact from different locations. This can be done from your own home. No phone or video is needed.

What is a typical in person Reiki Session like?

Resting on a massage table, fully clothed, I will gently rest my hands covering multiple positions from head to toe. These positions cover most of the numerous chakras and main organs of the endocrine system. Typical session is 45-60 minutes.

What is Sound/Vibrational Therapy?

Sound Therapy combines powerful vibration and tones using Tuning Forks and/or Himalayan Singing Bowls to induce an immediate relaxed state. The introduction of the sound waves directly into the body, along with soothing ambient tones, is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from meditative state to deep relaxation.
